In the Meeting on the deployment of medical and health system work for all health departments in the year of 2010 held a few days ago, Chen Zhu, deputy leader of the medical and health system reform leading group of State Council and minister of Ministry of Health, and the director general of Health Department of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps as well as the principal leaders from those departments related to the Ministry of Health signed Responsibility Warrant on Deepening Medical and Health System Reform in the Year of 2010. It is reported that this move is to establish the target responsibility mechanism for the health departments on Medical and Health Reform Implementation and deepen the accountability system for medical and health reform task as well as to ensure the implementation of all the reform tasks of 2010.
